360 FEEDBACK: INTERVIEW PROCESS
360-degree feedback, also known as a multi-rater assessment, is a process where not just your superior but your peers, direct reports, and sometimes even customers evaluate you. You receive an analysis of how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you. This helps you understand your own personality from an outsider's perspective. Development needs are revealed, and communication is often improved. I use an interview process to collect the evaluations providing personal and detailed information. (Note: 360- degree assessment is not an indication of performance; it is a tool for development.)
ENERGY LEADERSHIP INDEX (ELI)
The ELI was created by Bruce Schneider, founder of the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) This assessment is attitudinal and measures where you are today as a leader. It’s not a prediction; it’s a picture of your current potential leadership ability, your engaged energy in life, and your current level of awareness of who you are. Because attitude is subjective, it can be changed. You will feel more in control of every situation and choosing how you “show up” at any given time.
