Meet Nancy
Nancy Lysandrou
MBA and Certified Professional Career Coach
For 25 years, I worked in learning and development at large global corporations, leading teams, and managing projects. My passion to develop individuals and groups in both technical and personal skills contributed to a successful career. One I loved. And yet, I was always looking for more. I wanted to make a deeper difference in people’s lives.
I stepped away from that corporate career track in 2017 and became a Career Coach.
I now help women find greater career satisfaction, enhanced work-life balance, improved leadership capabilities, and meaningful personal growth. And I love this new path even more!
Today, I live in historic Saint Augustine, Florida, a New Jersey transplant, living with my partner, Rob, and our rescue dog, Bruce, a Corgi mix. I am the proud mother of Rosemary, a beautiful loving daughter, who kept me moving forward, trying, and doing more. In recent years, I also cared for aging parents. I am a member of the “sandwich” generation. Both are labors of love and continue to teach me about the stages in life.
As a career coach, I help my clients clarify and achieve their professional and personal goals. I am your Solutions Coach.

I have been where you are. I was “downsized” three times, promoted within companies, and resigned to take the next step in my career at a new company.
I’ve had dead-end jobs; I’ve faced boredom and my skills underutilized. I’ve had managers who didn’t share the same view of situations.
I know how it feels to be faced with questions and very few answers. When opportunities seem nonexistent, and threats everywhere. Exhaustion - check. Overwhelmed - yup. Worry - All. The. Time.
It wasn’t always easy, but I had supportive co-workers, managers and mentors to help me replenish my energy and guided me to develop over the years. I’ve also had amazing opportunities, learning, growing, and knowing my contributions were valued. I’m grateful for every one of them.
